User Representative means the person so designated on Schedule A hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by User and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Owner Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as its representative under this Escrow Agreement.

  • The MCP is the support documentation used by the Authorized User Representative to certify that the maintenance service had been performed.
