Useful Life of the Project definition

Useful Life of the Project means the period during which the Project can provide or is capable of providing transmission service.
Useful Life of the Project means the period during which the Project can provide or is capable of providing transmission service, which SCE currently estimates to be approximately fifty-seven (57) years.

Examples of Useful Life of the Project in a sentence

  • They shall maintain generation so as to achieve CUF in the range of ±10 % of their declared value during PPA duration of 25years from the date of COD (for the proposed projects) or after balance Useful life (Balance Useful Life of the Project shall not be less than one year) of the Solar power project (For already commissioned projects).

  • The Recipient agrees that, except as provided in this Agreement, it will not abandon, substantially discontinue use of, lease, sell, transfer ownership of, or dispose of all or a significant part or portion of the Project during the Useful Life of the Project without prior written approval of the Division.

  • The Recipient must hold title to the Real Property required for a Project at the time the Investment Assistance is awarded or as provided by paragraph (c) of this section and must maintain title at all times during the Estimated Useful Life of the Project, except in those limited circumstances as provided in paragraph (c) of this sec- tion.

  • Such authorizations shall contain no time limits that EDA determines substantially restrict the use of the public highway for the Project during the Estimated Useful Life of the Project.

  • The following are exceptions to the requirements of paragraph (a) of this section that the Recipient hold title to Project Real Property at the time Investment Assistance is awarded and at all times during the Estimated Useful Life of the Project.

  • During the Estimated Useful Life of the Project, the Recipient or Owner must use any Project Property only for authorized Project purposes as set out in the terms of the Investment Assistance.

  • The statement shall specify the Estimated Useful Life of the Project and shall include, but not be limited to, the Disposition, encumbrance and Federal Share requirements.

  • The Recipient must maintain title to Project Real Property at all times during the Estimated Useful Life of the Project, except in those limited circumstances as provided in paragraph(c) of this section.

  • The Recipient owns or has sufficient property rights in the Project property for the longer of the Useful Life or the term of this Agreement, either in fee simple or for a term of years that is not subject to third-party revocation during the Useful Life of the Project.

  • As provided in § 314.2, the Federal Interest in Project Property extends for the duration of the Esti- mated Useful Life of the Project, which is determined by EDA at the time of Investment award.


More Definitions of Useful Life of the Project

Useful Life of the Project means the period during which the Project can provide or is capable of providing transmission service. 1.2 Rules of Interpretation. Unless otherwise provided herein or the context otherwise requires: (a) words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa; (b) words denoting a gender include both genders; (c) references to a particular part, clause, section, paragraph, article, party, exhibit, schedule or other attachment shall be a reference to a part, clause, section, paragraph, or article of, or a party, exhibit, schedule or other attachment to the document in which the reference is contained; (d) a reference to any statute or regulation includes all statutes or regulations varying, consolidating or replacing the same from time to time, and a reference to a statute includes all regulations issued or otherwise applicable under that statute to the extent consistent with the Parties’ original intent hereunder; (e) a reference to a particular section, paragraph or other part of a particular statute shall be deemed to be a reference to any other section, paragraph or other part substituted therefor from time to time; (f) a definition of or reference to any document, instrument or agreement includes any amendment or supplement to, or restatement, replacement, modification or novation of, any such document, instrument or agreement; (g) a reference to any person includes such person’s successors and permitted assigns in that designated capacity; (h) any reference to “days” shall mean calendar days unless Business Days are expressly specified; and (i) examples shall not be construed to limit, expressly or by implication, the matter they illustrate.

Related to Useful Life of the Project

  • Cost of the Project means and embraces the cost of construction; the cost of all

  • Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Maximum medical improvement means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time;

  • Cost of Capital Improvement Projects means the costs of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving and engineering Capital Improvement Projects, and related financing costs.

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.
