U.S. Pledge Agreement definition

U.S. Pledge Agreement means a Pledge Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 between the Borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Administrative Agent.
U.S. Pledge Agreement means the U.S. Pledge Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Borrower, the Consolidated Subsidiaries party thereto and the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.

U.S. Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement dated as of August 25. 2008 made by certain of the Credit Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Creditors, as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
