UPS Account means any shipping account assigned to You by a member of the UPS Parties, including, without limitation, those accounts assigned to users of XXX.xxx shipping known as “temporary accounts” and UPS Freight shipping accounts.

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.
