Uplift Amount definition

Uplift Amount means an amount of the type described in the Recovery Determination and calculated for the purposes of clause 18.10 (Repayment of Grant) in accordance with the methodology set out from time to time in the Capital Funding Guide;
Uplift Amount means an amount calculated by reference to any increase in market value of any housing or other land acquired, constructed, converted, improved or repaired as a result of Capital Grant.
Uplift Amount means an amount of the type described in the Recovery Determination and calculated for the purposes of Condition 17.10 in accordance with the methodology set out from time to time in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide; VAT means Value Added Tax as presently charged under the Value Added Tax Act 1994 or any tax of a similar nature;

Uplift Amount the aggregate of the Return Amount in relation to an Investment in an Investee Company less the amounts subscribed for such Investment (net of all costs incurred by the Fund on behalf of the Investor in relation to that Investment);

Related to Uplift Amount

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).
