Unit Private Placement definition

Unit Private Placement means the private placement of 21,739,130 Units at a price of $0.92 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $20.0 million completed on March 4, 2020 as part of the Private Placements and Management Reconstitution;
Unit Private Placement means the private placement of 13,000,000 units completed by the Corporation on July 17, 2019, each unit consisting of a Common Share and a Private Placement Warrant.

More Definitions of Unit Private Placement
