Unit of Measure definition

Unit of Measure means, as applicable, any agreed volume-based metric, resources, or other applicable metrics, for use of the Software, including but not limited to, number of employees, transaction volumes, operating devices, Countries as set forth in the applicable Notification Form.

Unit of Measure has the meaning described in Schedule B.

Unit of Measure means the basic unit that quantifies the degree of use of a particular parcel (e.g. dwelling unit, square footage). Square footage of an improvement shall be based upon the gross exterior dimensions of the structure.
