Unit 6 definition

Unit 6 means the employment unit which encompasses all State of California rank-and-file (R06), supervisory (S06), confidential (C06), and managerial (M06) employees.
Unit 6 means the Cliffside Unit 6 described in the Recitals, and shall include the boiler, turbine and generator set and all associated auxiliary and environmental components (including the flue gas desulfurization system for Unit 6) necessary to generate and place power therefrom on the transmission grid in compliance with all applicable Laws.
Unit 6 means that part of the Estate shown for the purpose of identification only edged red on the plan annexed to the Unit 6 Lease.

  • An employee may request to transfer or demote to a non-temporary classified vacancy in another seniority unit in the same, transferable, or lower class (or class option) in which the employee previously served or for which the employee is determined to be qualified by the Employer, and the receiving Appointing Authority shall not unreasonably deny the request (for Unit 6, the employee must be position- qualified).

  • Bump the least senior employee in a lower class (or class option) in which the employee previously served (or another class option within that class for which the employee is determined to be qualified by the Employer) more than thirty-five (35) miles of the employee's current work location (employee must be position-qualified if Unit 6).

  • No new appointments shall be made in a seniority unit in a class (or option) and employment condition for which a Seniority Unit Layoff List exists until all employees (must be position- qualified for Unit 6) on such list have been offered the opportunity to accept the position.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.

  • LTIP means the Long-Term Incentive Plan of the General Partner, as may be amended, or any equity compensation plan successor thereto.

  • Phantom means a volume of material behaving in a manner similar to tissue with respect to the attenuation and scattering of radiation. This requires that both the atomic number (Z) and the density of the material be similar to that of tissue.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Unit Capital means the aggregate of the face value of units issued under the scheme and outstanding for the time being.
