Uninsured Peril definition

Uninsured Peril means any peril which is not an Insured Peril. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the "deductible" for earthquake or flood insurance exceeds 2% of the replacement cost of the improvements insured, such peril shall be deemed an "Uninsured Peril".
Uninsured Peril means and include any peril not actually insured against, any peril actually insured against but for which the insurance proceeds paid or made available to Landlord are for any reason (except for any "deductible" amount specified by such insurance) insufficient to restore the Property under then existing building codes to the condition existing immediately prior to the damage, and any peril actually insured against but for which the insurance proceeds are not paid or made available to Landlord.
Uninsured Peril. The term “Uninsured Peril” shall have such meaning as is set forth in Section 11.2.

Examples of Uninsured Peril in a sentence

Related to Uninsured Peril

  • Insured Persons means the person/s named in the Schedule to the Policy, who is/are Indian Resident /s and for whom the insurance is also proposed and appropriate premium paid.

  • Uninsured motor vehicle" means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type:

  • Insured Casualty has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(x)(iv)(B).

  • Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.

  • Insured Amounts means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Deficiency Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Uninsured Cause Any cause of damage to a Mortgaged Property such that the complete restoration of such property is not fully reimbursable by the hazard insurance policies required to be maintained pursuant to Section 3.14.

The damage must affect the functionality of Your Covered Equipment, which includes cracks to the display screen that affect the visibility of the display.

  • Vandalism means destruction of or damage to a Project Asset deliberately

  • Catastrophic Damage as used hereunder is major change or damage to In- cluded Timber on Sale Area, to Sale Area, to access to Sale Area, or a combination thereof:

  • Insured Loss means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which was caused by an event required to be covered by the insurance described in Paragraph 8.3(a) irrespective of any deductible amounts or coverage limits involved.

  • Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.

  • Accident means a sudden, unforeseen and involuntary event caused by external, visible and violent means.

  • Insured Claims means those Liabilities that, individually or in the aggregate, are covered within the terms and conditions of any of the Shared Policies, whether or not subject to deductibles, co-insurance, uncollectibility or retrospectively-rated premium adjustments.

  • Special Hazard Coverage The Special Hazard Coverage on the most recent anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (calculated in accordance with the second sentence of this paragraph) or, if prior to the first such anniversary, $4,725,230, in each case reduced by Special Hazard Losses allocated to the Certificates since the most recent anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (or, if prior to the first such anniversary, since the Cut-Off Date). On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Special Hazard Coverage shall be reduced, but not increased, to an amount equal to the lesser of (1) the greatest of (a) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans located in the single California zip code area containing the largest aggregate principal balance of Mortgage Loans, (b) 1.0% of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Mortgage Loans and (c) twice the unpaid principal balance of the largest single Mortgage Loan, in each case calculated as of the Due Date in the immediately preceding month, and (2) $4,725,230, as reduced by the Special Hazard Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Special Hazard Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.

  • Insured”, “You”, “Your means a person:

  • Casualty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 hereof.

  • Injured Person under this section means a Member covered by the EOC who sustains an injury or illness and any spouse, dependent or other person or entity that may recover on behalf of such Member including the estate of the Member and, if the Member is a minor, the guardian or parent of the Member. When referred to in this section, "KFHPWA's Medical Expenses" means the expenses incurred and the value of the benefits provided by KFHPWA under this EOC for the care or treatment of the injury or illness sustained by the Injured Person.
