Undistributed Net Investment Income definition

Undistributed Net Investment Income means the Company’s net investment income, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, for the current and all prior periods, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to the Members.
Undistributed Net Investment Income means the Net Investment Income of the Company for the current and all prior periods, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to the Members in accordance with Section 6.2(b)(ii).
