Undelivered Quantity definition

Undelivered Quantity means, for each Month, (i) the aggregate Electricity Dispatched by Buyer in the On Peak Hours in that Month for the EDP’s less (ii) the aggregate quantity of Electricity Dispatched by Buyer and actually delivered by Seller in the On Peak Hours in that Month for the EDP’s.
Undelivered Quantity means a quantity in MMBtus equal to the difference between the Contract Quantity and the volume actually delivered (if any).
Undelivered Quantity means, for each Month, an amount (in MWh’s) equal to (i) the quantity of Electricity Dispatched by the Owner in that Month less (ii) the quantity of Electricity Dispatched by the Owner and delivered by Operator that Month less (iii) the Excused Quantity.

More Definitions of Undelivered Quantity

Undelivered Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity and the Delivered Quantity.
Undelivered Quantity means, for any month and 2000 EDP, the aggregate quantity of Electricity scheduled by Buyer in that month for that 2000 EDP less the aggregate quantity of Electricity delivered at xxxxx 2000 EDP or an’s or the Alternative EDP ’s by Seller in that month. For any hour in which the Buyer requested Electricity at thea 2000 EDP and the Buyer failed to provide Gas at the corresponding 2000 GDP, the block notice for that hour shall be deemed to be zero.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection.   • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
