Upon such revesting, the Claim or Interest of any holder or its successors with respect to such property shall be cancelled, discharged, and forever barred notwithstanding any applicable federal or state escheat, abandoned, or unclaimed property laws, or any provisions in any document governing the distribution that is an Unclaimed Distribution, to the contrary.
The Unclaimed Distribution Fund will include all money remaining in the Settlement Fund after subtracting: 1) the portion of Costs of Settlement Administration that exceed $200,000, but only if such excess costs are approved in advance by Class Counsel, UPMC, and the Court; and 2) all Approved Claims, up to a maximum of $839,500.
