Unauthorised Transactions definition

Unauthorised Transactions means transactions made on your account without your consent.
Unauthorised Transactions means any transaction from or to your account conducted using an Interactive Service that is not authorised by you. It does not include any transactions carried out by you or by someone else with your knowledge and consent.
Unauthorised Transactions means transactions made via Electronic Banking Services on your Account without your consent.

  • You will not be liable for losses resulting from Unauthorised Transactions where it is clear that you have not contributed to the loss.

  • Your liability for losses arising from Unauthorised Transactions will be determined under the ePayments Code.

  • If you tell us within 60 days after we provide you your PayPal account statement showing transfers you did not make, you will be eligible for 100% protection for Unauthorised Transactions.

  • Subject to clauses 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 and 15.4, you will be liable for losses resulting from Unauthorised Transactions where we can prove on the balance of probability that you have contributed to the losses through unreasonably delaying notification of the misuse, loss or theft of a Card or that the security of the relevant PIN has been breached.

  • What is not considered an Unauthorised Transaction The following are NOT considered Unauthorised Transactions: • If you give someone access to your PayPal account (by giving them your login information) and they use your PayPal account without your knowledge or permission.

  • It is your responsibility to regularly review your online transaction history to identify Unauthorised Transactions.

  • It is important that you regularly check your E-Money Wallet balance and your transaction history to ensure any Unauthorised Transactions or Incorrect Transactions are identified and notified to us at the earliest possible opportunity.

  • If you believe that a transaction made through your PayPal account was not authorised by you, this type of claim is different from the Buyer Protection Policy, and is described below under Liability for Unauthorised Transactions and Other Errors.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:

  • Card Transactions means any payment made for goods or services, cash withdrawals from a bank or financial institution (including ATM withdrawals) or transfer of funds made through the use of the Card or the Card number.

  • Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

  • Failed Transactions is the set of all requests within Total Transaction Attempts that do not return a Success Code within 30 seconds from Microsoft’s receipt of the request.

  • Unauthorized Third Party means any person or entity that, at the time of the Computer Fraud, is not an Authorized User.

  • Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Automated transaction means a transaction conducted or performed, in whole or in part, by electronic means or electronic records, in which the acts or records of one or both parties are not reviewed by an individual in the ordinary course in forming a contract, performing under an existing contract, or fulfilling an obligation required by the transaction.

  • Required Transaction means any transaction involving a Swap that is subject to the trade execution requirement of Section 2(h)(8) of the Act.
