Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.
Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.
Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Terms or, if a number is not so specified, two.

Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.
Serial number within the part, lot, or batch number means a combination of numbers or letters assigned by the enterprise to an item that provides for the differentiation of that item from any other like item within a part, lot, or batch number assignment.

Units serving lower income households means units that are occupied by lower income households at an affordable rent, as defined in section 50053 of the Health and Safety Code or, to the extent that the terms of federal, state, or local financing or financial assistance conflicts with section 50053, rents that do not exceed those prescribed by the terms of the financing or financial assistance. Effective October 13, 2017, pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 214(g)(2)(A)(iii), a unit in a property that receives federal low income housing tax credits shall continue to be treated as occupied by a lower income household if the occupants were lower income households on the lien date in the fiscal year in which their occupancy of the unit commenced and the unit continues to be rent restricted, notwithstanding an increase in the income of the occupants of the unit to 140 percent of area median income (AMI), adjusted for family size (“over-income” tenants). Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").
