Trust Group definition

Trust Group means, collectively, the Trust, Xxxx Road LP, EWA, and, where the context requires, their affiliates and related entities;
Trust Group means the Trust and any Trust Entity. “Trust Purpose” means the purpose set out in clause 3.5. “Trustees” means:

The Holder of this Note by its acceptance hereof agrees that, except as expressly provided in the Basic Documents, in the case of an Event of Default under the Indenture, the Holder shall have no claim against any of the foregoing for any deficiency, loss or claim therefrom; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall be taken to prevent recourse to, and enforcement against, the assets of the Issuing Entity for any and all liabilities, obligations and undertakings contained in the Indenture or in this Note.

  • Litigation Trust means the trust to be established on the Plan Implementation Date at the time specified in section 6.4(p) in accordance with the Litigation Trust Agreement pursuant to the laws of a jurisdiction that is acceptable to SFC and the Initial Consenting Noteholders, which trust will acquire the Litigation Trust Claims and will be funded with the Litigation Funding Amount in accordance with the Plan and the Litigation Trust Agreement.

  • Trust business means the business of acting as trustee, executor or administrator;
