Trust Document means a trust document executed or deemed to be executed under section 5.

Trust Document means any agreements, indentures, instruments and other documents executed and/or delivered in connection with any outstanding debentures or related trust preferred securities issued by Center Financial, Nara or any of their respective Subsidiaries on or before the date hereof.
