Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

More Definitions of Trigger Event

Trigger Event. A Trigger Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if either a Delinquency Event or a Cumulative Loss Trigger Event is in effect for such Distribution Date.
