Travel Channel definition

Travel Channel means a Channel designed, programmed (except as to Section 3.1) and operated by or for EI (except to the extent set forth in Section 2.1) for inclusion in MSN relating to travel information, travel booking and related travel information and having placement and prominence equivalent to other Channels within MSN.
Travel Channel means the assets and business known collectively as the Travel Channel and xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, including without limitation, the Equity Interests of The Travel Channel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Discovery Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Travel Channel means The Travel Channel, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company and a direct, wholly-owned Subsidiary of Cox TMI.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts continuously or periodically flowing water.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Host means any plant or animal on or in which another lives for nourishment, development, or protection.

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
