Examples of Transmission Licence in a sentence
The transmission licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Transmission Licence Regulations or any subsequent enactment thereof and the terms and condition of the TSA during the period of subsistence of the licence.
The Statement may only be modified in accordance with the processes set out in Standard Condition C16 of the Transmission Licence.
The licensee shall submit all such report or information as may be required under Transmission Licence Regulations, Standard of Performance Regulations, Transmission Service Agreement or any other regulation of the Commission or as per the directions of the Commission as may be issued from time to time.

Paragraph 1 shall not apply to an Electricity Derivative entered into by the Licensee with a Wholesale Customer or a Transmission Licence Holder or to any transaction undertaken, under or in accordance with the provisions of an Electricity Derivative entered into with a Wholesale Customer or a Transmission Licence Holder, prior to the date of the Guidelines referred to in Article 40(4) of the Directive (the Guidelines).
