Training Courses definition

Training Courses. An exception to the semester maximum may be made if an assignment involves Contract Training. Contract Training describes a type of educational service provided by the College, under written agreement (a contract) to a corporation, company, or limited group. The Office of Human Resource Management will maintain a list of the exceptions. Training Courses means all face-to-face or remote medical trainings offered by Providers to Beneficiaries via the Platform.
Training Courses refers to eLearning Courses, Virtual Courses and Onsite Courses, and “Engagement” refers to Training Courses and Certification Exams. This MTCA sets forth the legal terms that shall govern all Engagements. Each Purchase Form shall specify the business terms (including Engagement dates and locations, fees, and requirements) that apply to one or more Engagements.

Examples of Training Courses in a sentence

  • Failure to meet any payment deadline is not deemed a cancellation or withdrawal from Training Courses.

  • SIB will not be responsible for any of such non-refundable expenses in case of cancellation or rescheduling of Training Courses.

  • Depending on the Force Majeure Event, SIB will either postpone or cancel Training Courses in accordance with Section 7.4.

  • SIB is not liable for any theft or loss occurring during the performance of Training Courses.

  • A Participant may be substituted by another person provided that the latter registers for the Training Course(s) and their application is approved by the SIB.


More Definitions of Training Courses

Training Courses means the training courses provided by Confluent to Customer as part of the training services (“Training Services”).
Training Courses means any of the SIB Training Course(s) including the related course materials to be delivered by the Training Provider to Participant(s).
Training Courses means the training courses on First Aid at Work to be delivered by the Trust pursuant to section 8 of this Services Specification and the expression Training Course" shall mean any one of them;

Training Courses are defined as: classroom-based, live virtual, and/or self-paced e-learning courses provided by MRI’s training division called MRI Learning Solutions. Training Courses and their respective prices, policies and schedules are subject to change without notice. Training Courses shall be provided by MRI to Client pursuant to the terms of an SOW. “Named Users” as used herein are defined as Client Users listed in the SOW that shall be eligible to receive Training Courses.
