Trade Contractor definition

Trade Contractor means a Person that has a direct contract with the Authority to perform a portion of the Project.
Trade Contractor means a Person other than the Construction Manager or its Subcontractors that has a direct contract with the Authority to perform a portion of the Project.
Trade Contractor means any contractor, subcontractor or supplier that provides labor, materials, equipment or services in connection with the construction of the Project, including specifically any Major Contractor, but excluding specifically the Architect.
