Tier I definition

Tier I means a system or plan under this title for which:
Tier I or “Tier II” means the designation assigned to an Executive on Appendix A as adopted and in effect immediately prior to a Change in Control.
Tier I at any time when at least two of the Short-Term Ratings are at or above the A-1, P-1 or F-1 levels.

Tier I means a system or plan under this title for which an employee is eligible
