Third Party Vendors definition

Third Party Vendors means all persons or entities who own the Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Programs or who have license rights in the Licensed Programs or any part or parts thereof and which license rights are superior to the license rights of NeoSystems and/or the Client.
Third Party Vendors means vendors, suppliers, service providers, utility owners or any other third party (excluding the Vendor and any Subvendors and Vendor Personnel) performing work and/or providing products and services in, or in respect of, the rail corridors, where such work, products or services (a) are on behalf and for the benefit of Metrolinx or (b) are being undertaken to enable work, products or services on behalf of and for the benefit of Metrolinx.
Third Party Vendors has the meaning set forth in Section 13.7 hereof.

  • The use of any Third Party Vendors would be for the convenience and/or benefit of Licensee.

  • Contractor shall provide State Third Party Vendor(s) access to its ALM Software, if allowed under ALM Software license.

  • If Firm or Licensee Party chooses to engage a different Third Party Vendor or additional Third Party Vendors, Firm hereby agrees to execute a new version of this Agreement with KAAR and each such Third Party Vendor.

Third Party Vendors means business establishments maintaining a current license or certification associated with the lawful procurement, sale, and/or distribution of alcoholic beverages in their respective jurisdictions.
Third Party Vendors means third party delivery service platforms, point of sale vendors, online ordering platforms and other third party vendors or service providers that you may elect to use and that we have made available within the Tech Services.
