Third Party Platforms definition

Third Party Platforms means any (third party) search engine (marketing provider), meta-search engine, search engines spiders, travel search sites, price comparison sites, social networking communities, browsers, content sharing and hosting services and multimedia blogging services or other (similar) channels or other forms of (traffic hosting) media, whether online or offline.
Third Party Platforms means any third party platform that takes over the management of, or the dispatching and response to an Incident from TrackBox;
Third Party Platforms means has the meaning given to it in clause 22;

  • Customer hereby agrees that deleting or changing content posted on such Third Party Platforms is in most cases not possible or only feasible under strict circumstances.
