Examples of the Planning Acts in a sentence
The Tenant must comply with the requirements of the Planning Acts and with all Planning Permissions relating to or affecting the Premises or anything done or to be done on them.
The Tenant remains bound by the Tenant's obligations under this Lease even if the use is not lawfully permitted under the Planning Acts.
The Landlord does not warrant that the Permitted Use is, will be, or will remain lawfully permitted under the Planning Acts or the title deeds.
Nothing contained in this Lease or in any consent granted or approval given by the Lessor under it implies or warrants that the Leasehold Area may be used under the Planning Acts for the purpose herein authorised or any purpose subsequently authorised and the Lessee hereby acknowledges that the Lessor has not given or made, at any time, any representation or warranty that any such use is or will be or will remain a permitted use under the Planning Acts.
Nothing in this Lease or in any consent granted by the Landlord under this Lease is to imply or warrant that the Premises may lawfully be used under the Planning Acts for the Permitted Use.
