the Account means the International Program Trust Account established under subsection (3);

Examples of the Account in a sentence

• Net purchases are earned based on new net retail transactions ("Net Purchases" i.e. purchases less credits, returns and adjustments) charged to the Account during each periodic billing cycle.

• With respect to any item that I transmit to ECU for remote deposit that ECU credits to my Account, I authorize ECU to debit the amount of any dishonored item from the Account.

the Account means the banking accounts together constituting the Gold Corporation Account referred to in section 55;
