Test Draw definition

Test Draw means an Advance made for the purpose of testing communication and draw procedures.

Related to Test Draw

  • Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • Minimum Credit Enhancement Test With respect to any Payment Date, a test that will be satisfied if the Subordinate Percentage is greater than or equal to 6.00%.

  • Unapplied Non-Extension Advance means any Non-Extension Advance other than an Applied Non-Extension Advance.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study. Maximum State of Charge:

  • Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).

  • Advance Payment means a payment that a federal awarding agency or passthrough entity makes by any appropriate payment mechanism, including a predetermined payment schedule, before the non-federal entity disburses the funds for program purposes.

  • Additional Facility is defined in Section 7.01.

  • Test Issue means any variance or non-conformity of the Services or Deliverables from their requirements as set out in the Call Off Contract;

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • Replacement Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
