Temporary Personnel definition

Temporary Personnel means any person who works for TimesSquare on a one-time or periodic basis who does not work for more than 90 continuous calendar days in the course of their employment at TimesSquare.
Temporary Personnel means any person who works for TimesSquare on a one- time or periodic basis for less than 90 continuous calendar days in the course of their temporary employment at TimesSquare.

More Definitions of Temporary Personnel

Temporary Personnel means any Employee who is employed for less than six (6) months in a given year. Six (6) months from the date of hire for said Employee, Employee shall become a permanent Employee or terminated. Such Employees shall not be terminated and rehired in order to circumvent the intent of this language.
Temporary Personnel are persons hired by the Company to work for a period not to exceed ninety (90) calendars days from the commencement of their employment and who, prior to the commencement of actual work, have executed a written statement acknowledging such duration of employment. A person initially hired under such conditions may not actually work in excess of ninety (90) calendar days from the commencement of employment, except by the mutual written agreement of the Company and the Union.

Temporary Personnel shall have the meaning given it in Section 2.1(b) below.
Temporary Personnel means all individuals contracted by the Group Companies on a non-permanent basis, including but not limited to personnel contracted by means of a staffing agency (e.g. in Dutch ‘uitzendkracht’).

  • Temporary Employees means those employees hired to replace regular employees absent due to illness, accident, vacation, leave of absence, etc., or hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration. The employment of temporary employees hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration shall be limited to a period of ninety (90) days of work in any twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date of hire or commencement of employment in such period.
