Temporary Personnel means any person who works for TimesSquare on a one-time or periodic basis who does not work for more than 90 continuous calendar days in the course of their employment at TimesSquare.

Temporary Personnel means any Employee who is employed for less than six (6) months in a given year. Six (6) months from the date of hire for said Employee, Employee shall become a permanent Employee or terminated.
