Telephone Instructions definition

Telephone Instructions means person to person verbal instructions over a telephone or telecommunications network made to a bank or financial institution at which You hold an account directing them to make a payment using an electronic funds transfer system for a fixed amount from Your account to the account of a third party.
Telephone Instructions means Instructions that are given to the Bank by telephone facilities (operated by voice or other means) whether in accordance with such identity verification or other requirements that the Bank may determine from time to time;
