Technologies Business definition

Technologies Business means the businesses heretofore conducted by BEI, including but not limited to the sensors and defense businesses, other than those medical device businesses conducted by BEI Medical Systems Company, Inc. ("BEI Medical") prior to the Effective Time, and business activities acquired, developed or established by or for Technologies or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time.
Technologies Business has the meaning set forth in the --------------------- Separation Agreement.
