Technical Reviewer definition

Technical Reviewer means a Person retained by the IESO having on its staff individuals who have professional experience and qualifications as approved by the IESO.
Technical Reviewer means an entity which has been approved by and in good standing with Green Bank in accordance with the standard set forth in Appendix J. Technical reviewers may be proposed to Green Bank for approval by Third-Party Capital Providers.   • The Participant shall, at the same time as it provides information to the Technical Reviewer, provide a copy of such information to the LDC.
