Technical Liaison definition

Technical Liaison means Committees established by Article 7; Committees”
Technical Liaison has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Technical Liaison means the department or individual employed by Nemours who should be contacted by a User or Practice to report certain events or problems as required by this Agreement. The contact information for the Technical Liaison is contained in paragraph 17 below.

  • Each Technical Liaison may nominate a designee to act on its behalf by giving a similar notification.

More Definitions of Technical Liaison

Technical Liaison means an individual appointed by Customer who shall be Customer's the quotation) on a single unit of designated equipment at a time, solely for the purposes of providing educational instruction and performing non-profit academic research (the "License"). The License granted herein does not include any right to use Licensed Programs in any commercial activity. Customer must obtain a separate license from Cadence under Cadence’s standard commercial license agreement for such use. Cadence also grants Customer the right to utilize the documentation at the designated site as is reasonably necessary for Customer's licensed use of the Licensed Program. Customer shall not sublicense, modify or permit third parties to use the Licensed Program. Customer shall not defects and shipping damage, if the media has been receive, use or have access to source code relating to any properly installed by Customer on the designated Licensed Program. No license, rights or interest in any trademark, trade name or service xxxx of Cadence or its licensors is granted to Customer. All rights, title and interest in the Licensed Programs and documentation shall remain exclusive property of Cadence or its licensors.
Technical Liaison means the department or individual employed by Xxxxxxx who should be contacted by a User or One Chart Link Partner to report certain events or problems as required by this Agreement. The contact information for the Technical Liaison is contained in Section 13 below.
Technical Liaison means the person designated by the State Water Board to review submittals and ensure that questions and input from the State Water Board are sufficiently addressed before research progresses.

Related to Technical Liaison

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual who is licensed by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-7) or the department pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-12).

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Certified pharmacy technician or “certified technician” means an individual who holds a valid current national certification and who has registered with the board as a certified pharmacy technician.
