Target Population definition

Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
Target Population means persons who are members of targeted groups for the purposes of the credit under ss. 71.07 (2dx), 71.28 (1dx), 71.47 (1dx), and 76.636.

  • During the Project Implementation Period, the Borrower/Recipient and the Fund shall periodically review the interest rates applicable to any credits extended to members of the Target Population which are financed (directly or indirectly) by the Financing.

  • The Borrower/Recipient and the Project Parties shall ensure that the resources and benefits of the Project, to the fullest extent practicable, are allocated among the Target Population using gender disaggregated methods.


More Definitions of Target Population

Target Population means the group of people intended to benefit from a Project.
