T1000 Trust means MHC T1000 Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

  • T1000 Trust has the requisite trust or corporate power and authority to execute, deliver and perform each of the Loan Documents to which it is or will be a party.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any projections of T1000 Trust's future performance such representations and warranties are made in good faith and to the best judgment of the officers of T1000 Trust at the time such projections were made.
