System Assets definition

System Assets means all equipment, facilities and materials, including photovoltaic arrays, DC/AC inverters, wiring, Meters, tools, and any other property now or hereafter installed, owned, operated, or controlled by System Owner for the purpose of, or incidental or useful to, maintaining the use of the solar generation system and providing Output to Host Customer at the Delivery Point, and as it may be modified during the Term. For the avoidance of doubt, the System Assets specifically exclude any part of the Site Electrical System.
System Assets means each and all of the assets of which the System is comprised, including Entity Name’s solar energy panels, mounting systems, carports, tracking devices, inverters, integrators and other related equipment and components installed on the Premises, electric lines and conduits required to connect such equipment to the LDC delivery point, protective and associated equipment, improvements, metering devices, fencing and other tangible and intangible assets, including System electricity production and Environmental Attributes, and permits, property rights and contract rights reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System.
System Assets means the each and all of the assets of which the System is comprised, including Seller’s solar energy panels, mounting systems, energy monitoring systems, inverters, monitoring systems, Metering Devices, disconnects, boxes, integrators and other related equipment installed on the Premises, electric lines required to connect such equipment to the Premises, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible and intangible assets, permits, property rights and contract rights required for the installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of the System.

Examples of System Assets in a sentence

  • System Owner will maintain Property and Casualty Damage Coverage in the amount of the aggregate replacement value of all System Assets.

  • System Owner and its Subcontractors, agents, consultants, and representatives shall have access to the Premises, the Site, the System, all System Assets, System operations and any documents, materials, records and accounts relating thereto in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Site Lease Agreement.

  • Such obligation shall be limited to the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System Assets constructed by the System Owner on the Premises.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, System Owner’s property insurance shall cover the System and System Assets and Host Customer’s property insurance shall cover the Premises and Site upon which the System is located.

  • The closing of any sale of the System and System Assets (the “Transfer Date”) pursuant to this Article will occur no later than thirty (30) Business Days following the date on which Host Customer provides its Exercise Notice.


More Definitions of System Assets

System Assets means the System Capital Goods, the System Information, the System IPR, and the System Software and System Asset means one of them;
System Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
System Assets means the following (but excluding the Excluded Assets):
System Assets means each and all of the assets of which the System is comprised, including the mounting systems, carports, tracking devices, inverters, fans, actuators, integrators and other related equipment and components installed on the Premises, electric lines and conduits required to connect such equipment to the Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, Meters, and other tangible and intangible assets, permits, property rights and contract rights reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System.
System Assets means Commissioned Software, Systems Hardware, Systems Software and Third Party Software;
System Assets means the electric power generation, transmission, and distribution facilities (and other property and equipment used in connection therewith), whether now existing or hereafter acquired, owned by the Authority as of the effective date of this Act or thereafter acquired for use by the Authority, including any successor electric utility, to provide electric power service to Customers, including any transmission and distribution service.
System Assets means each and all of the assets of which the System is comprised, including Lessee’s solar energy panels, mounting systems, carports, tracking devices, inverters, integrators and other related equipment and components installed on the Premises, electric lines and conduits required to connect such equipment to the LDC Delivery Point, protective and associated equipment, improvements, metering devices, and other tangible and intangible assets, permits, property rights and contract rights reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System.
