Swingline Lender definition

Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.

Swingline Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of Swingline Loans, or any successor swingline lender hereunder.

Swingline Lender means JPMCB, in its capacity as lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.

• The Administrative Agent will promptly advise the Swingline Lender of any such notice received from GEO.
