Swing Line Loans definition

Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.
Swing Line Loans means the Loans made by Swing Line Lender to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).
Swing Line Loans has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Examples of Swing Line Loans in a sentence

  • In no event shall any Lender be obligated to make Revolving Credit Loans or Swing Line Loans if it would cause the sum of the aggregate principal amount of such Lxxxxx’s Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Participation Amounts and Swing Line Loans to exceed such Lxxxxx’s Commitment.

  • Effective on the day such Revolving Credit Loans are made, the portion of the Swing Line Loans so paid shall no longer be outstanding as Swing Line Loans.

  • With respect to its Commitment and Loans (including Swing Line Loans), the Person serving as the Administrative Agent shall have and may exercise the same rights and powers hereunder and is subject to the same obligations and liabilities as and to the extent set forth herein for any other Lender.
