Suspensive Condition definition

Suspensive Condition means either one of them;
Suspensive Condition means the suspensive condition referred to in clause 3 of this agreement;
Suspensive Condition means the suspensive condition in clause 2.1;

Examples of Suspensive Condition in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding 4.2(b), the Purchaser is entitled by written notice to the Seller to be received by the Seller before the Loan Grant Date to waive compliance with the Suspensive Condition, whereupon the Suspensive Condition shall be deemed to have been fulfilled.

  • The remainder of this Agreement shall come into force and effect on the fulfilment or waiver, as the case may be, of the Suspensive Condition.
