Survey Period definition

Survey Period shall have the meaning given in clause 3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Survey Period means a period of two years from the Effective Date, or as extended under the provisions of this Agreement.
Survey Period means any of the following periods:

Examples of Survey Period in a sentence

  • For example, if the instruction occurs during the time frame covered by Survey Period 2, the FTE by student by course should be reported for that period either during the normal processing time for Survey Period 2 or as an amendment to Survey Period 2.

  • For example, if the data are being reported for the first 90 days of the 180-day school year, the Survey Period Code must be 2.

  • These students should be reported in Survey Period 4 and will be funded in the Final FEFP calculation.

  • Survey Period 2 (October) covers the first 90 days of the 180-day school year.

  • Survey Period 1 (July) covers the time period from the beginning of the fiscal year (July 1) to the beginning of the defined 180-day school year.

More Definitions of Survey Period

Survey Period the period between Survey delivery to Employees for completion to the date of Survey close agreed between the Parties for the completion of the Employee Surveys;
Survey Period means the third calendar quarter, July 1 through September 30, preceding the program year to which the premium credit factor will apply. Program year as used in this Rule means July 1 through June 30. If the insured did not engage in operations for the complete usual survey period (July 1 through September 30), then the last complete quarter prior to the policy effective date shall be used or if there was no complete quarter of operations prior to the policy effective date, the first complete quarter after the policy effective date shall be used.
Survey Period means the statistical survey period referred to in paragraph 6;
Survey Period means the survey period specified in or under section 5; "transportation, storage, postal and courier services" includes—

Survey Period means the period in respect of which a survey is to be carried out, as determined in accordance with section 6;

Related to Survey Period

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Title Review Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Review Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(i).

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigated UCAP” shall mean one or more megawatts of Unforced Capacity that are subject to Control by a Market Party that has been identified by the ISO as a Pivotal Supplier. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigation Net CONE” shall mean the capacity price on the currently effective ICAP Demand Curve for the Mitigated Capacity Zone corresponding to the average amount of excess capacity above the Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity requirement, expressed as a percentage of that requirement, that formed the basis for the ICAP Demand Curve approved by the Commission.

  • Cure Date means the MuniPreferred Basic Maintenance Cure Date or the 1940 Act Cure Date, as the case may be.

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Examination Period as defined in Section 4.01.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Due Diligence Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Initial Cure Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.
