Support Software definition

Support Software means all maintenance and support software, updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, modifications, ported versions, or new versions of the Software provided to Licensee as part of Support Services, together with all related Documentation provided to Licensee pursuant to such program;
Support Software means all maintenance and support software, updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, modifications, , or new versions of the Software provided to Licensee pursuant to an OT maintenance and support program, together with all related Documentation provided to Licensee pursuant to such program;
Support Software means systems utilities, resource management, anti-virus software or similar software used solely for the purpose of administration, performance enhancement, and/or preventive maintenance of the Embedded System.

More Definitions of Support Software

Support Software means all software, including Software Update(s) and Software Up- grade(s), related to the Licensed Software and provided to Client as part of Support Ser- vices, together with all related Documentation provided to Client pursuant to such Sup- port Services.

Related to Support Software

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
