Supplemental Resolution definition

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.

Supplemental Resolution means a resolution of the Authority authorizing the issuance of a Series Bonds or otherwise amending or supplementing the Second Resolution, adopted in accordance with Article VIII of the Second Resolution.

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution supplemental to or amendatory of the Resolution, adopted by the Corporation and effective in accordance with the Resolution.

• The Bonds shall be as described in, and shall be issued and secured under the provisions of, the Amended and Restated Master School Districts Revenue Bond Financing Program Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Authority on February 7, 2018 and authorized by the applicable Supplemental Resolution subsequently adopted by the Authority (together the “Resolutions”).

• In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Financing Agreement and the provisions of the Master Resolution and the Supplemental Resolution, the provisions of the Master Resolution and Supplemental Resolution shall take precedence.

More Definitions of Supplemental Resolution
