Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.

Supplemental Payment has the meaning as set forth in Article VI of this Agreement.

Supplemental Payment shall have the meaning assigned to it in subparagraph 1(A)(2)(c) of the Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Supplemental Payment in a sentence

In the event that there are changes in the data upon which the calculations set forth herein are made, the Consultant described in Section 4.4, above, shall adjust the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount calculation to reflect such changes in the data.
If six months after the payment of the Future Injury and Late Implant Compensation Pool there are excess funds in the Future Injury and Late Implant Compensation Pool as a result of cheques having become stale dated and/or such other forms of payment as may be made to Approved Claimants and which may otherwise expire without having been claimed, and/or limiting of the Supplemental Payment Per Point to the Initial Payment Per Point value, such excess funds shall be dealt with as follows.
If the Supplemental Payment is based on the Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount the calculations shall be made by the Consultant selected pursuant to Section 4.4.
If the Supplemental Payment is based on the Annual Limit, the District Superintendent of Schools or his or her designee shall make the calculations.
