Supplemental Listing Document means the supplemental listing document relating to a particular series of Structured Products; and

The settlement obligation of the Issuer in respect of the Structured Products represents general unsecured contractual obligations of the Issuer and of no other person which rank, and will rank, equally among themselves with all other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated contractual obligations of the Issuer, except for obligations accorded preference by mandatory provisions of applicable law. Structured Products represent general contractual obligations of the Issuer, and are not, nor is it the intention (express, implicit or otherwise) of the Issuer to create by the issue of Structured Products deposit liabilities of the Issuer or a debt obligation of any kind. 2.3 Transfer and trading of Structured Products. Transfers of Structured Products may be effected only in Board Lots or integral multiples thereof in CCASS in accordance with the CCASS Rules. Trading in Structured Products on the Stock Exchange shall cease prior to the Expiry Date in accordance with the requirements of the Stock Exchange. 3.
