Supplemental License Terms definition

Supplemental License Terms means the additional terms and conditions associated with the Software located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/xxxx/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software, Inc.) or xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-ca/legal/xxxx/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software Canada Ltd.), as updated by Sage from time to time in its discretion.
Supplemental License Terms means additional terms and restrictions provided to you by the Sage Group plc entity with which you contracted for the Software (either in printed or electronic form including by reference to any URL which Sage may notify to you from time to time) that are specific to the Program you license under this Agreement or third party software you license in connection with this Agreement.
Supplemental License Terms means the additional terms and restrictions posted by Sage at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/xxxx/ that are specific to the Program You license under this Agreement.

Examples of Supplemental License Terms in a sentence

  • Additional licenses for developers and/or publishers are granted in the Supplemental License Terms.

  • Additional restrictions for developers and/or publishers licenses are set forth in the Supplemental License Terms.

Supplemental License Terms means the additional terms and restrictions that are specific to the Product and posted by Xxxx at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en‐us/legal/.
Supplemental License Terms means additional terms and restrictions provided to you by the ZAP entity with which you contracted for the Software that are specific to the Program you license under this Agreement or third-party software you license in connection with this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions governing the direct deposit services provided by PAI Services, LLC or its affiliated companies in conjunction with Your Use of the Program are Supplemental License Terms and are posted at the foregoing hyperlink under the heading “Direct Deposit Services Agreement.”

Related to Supplemental License Terms

  • Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Reciprocal license means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice barbering to an applicant who is currently licensed in another state and which state has a mutual agreement to license persons who have the same or similar qualifications to those required in Iowa.

  • Perpetual License means a license which is everlasting and valid if the software is being used in accordance with the license-agreement requirements.

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(m).
