Supplemental Fee Letter definition

Supplemental Fee Letter means each letter agreement, designated therein as a Supplemental Fee Letter and then in effect, between the Sellers and an Agent, as such letter agreement may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
Supplemental Fee Letter means that certain fee letter, dated as of May 19, 2000, between the Collection Agent, the Transferor and the Administrative Agent.
