Super Rugby definition

Super Rugby means the Super Rugby competition conducted by SANZAAR Pty Ltd ACN069 272 304;
Super Rugby means the Super Rugby Competition, an international provincial rugby competition played annually in South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina and Japan involving teams from the senior provincial -, states - or franchise teams conducted under the auspices of SANZAAR.
Super Rugby means the southern hemisphere professional rugby competition, run annually by governing body SANZAR;

  • For the purposes of this Collective Agreement, the Super Rugby Competition commences at the conclusion of a Player’s Leave under Part 12 and concludes on the day after the final match in the Super Rugby Competition in each Contract Year.

  • The NZRU (or a Super Rugby Club) must consult with the RPC in relation to any proposal to play any such matches.

  • An NZ Rugby Contract is an employment agreement under which a Player agrees to be employed by the NZRU, and to be seconded to provide his Employment Services to his Agreed Super Rugby Club, on an exclusive basis, for a specified period of time (unless he is otherwise required to perform Employment Services for an NZRU Team other than his Super Rugby Team).

  • The NZRU (or a Super Rugby Franchise) must consult with the RPC in relation to any proposal to play any such matches.

  • A Sponsor is a party with whom the NZRU (or a Provincial Union or a Super Rugby Franchise) has entered into an agreement for the promotion of goods or services excluding the promotion of Licensed Products (and, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes the IRB and Rugby World Cup Limited).

  • Where the NZRU, a Super Rugby Club or Provincial Union is seeking to use a Player’s personal social media account or handle as part of the use or assignment of Player Licence Property, in consultation with the RPC the consent of that player will first be obtained.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

The kerma is the quotient of dEtr by dm, where dEtr is the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all charged particles liberated by uncharged particles in a mass dm of materials; thus K=dEtr/dm, in units of J/kg, where the special name for the units of kerma is gray (Gy). When the materials is air, the quantity is referred to as "air kerma."

  • Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.

  • Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.   • Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) the final accepted Bid (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) submitted for the Project for the hour of the Settlement Interval divided by the number of Settlement Intervals in the hour; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval.

  • asylum seeker means a person who is not under 18 and has made a claim for asylum which has been recorded by the Secretary of State but which has not been determined;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.

  • UK National means a person who is a British citizen (including persons from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), a British subject under Part IV of the British Nationality Act 1981 having the right of abode in the UK or a British Dependent Territories citizen acquiring his/her citizenship from connection with Gibraltar.

  • Air kerma means kerma in a given mass of air. The unit used to measure the quantity of air kerma is the Gray (Gy). For X-rays with energies less than 300 kiloelectronvolts (keV), 1 Gray of absorbed dose is delivered by 114 roentgens (R) of exposure.

  • Energy audit means a systematic procedure with the purpose of obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, an industrial or commercial operation or installation or a private or public service, identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and reporting the findings;

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.

  • Clean wood means natural wood which has not been painted, varnished or coated with a similar material, has not been pressure treated with preservatives and does not contain resins or glues as in plywood or other composite wood products.
