Successfully completing the program definition

Successfully completing the program means individuals who have completed one-year sobriety (i.e., 12 months of sobriety from “start date” - see explanation of “start date” below).

Examples of Successfully completing the program in a sentence

  • Successfully completing the program means passing both their probation and achieving a degree-level qualification.

  • Successfully completing the program means an employee must demonstrate at least competent and effective performance.

  • Successfully completing the program requirements does not guarantee you will pass the ARRT examination.

  • Successfully completing the program removes the citation from the student’s record.

  • Successfully completing the program by achieving a minimum passing mark of 70% for each course.

  • By implication, Homeric values are not those of a single part of the society.

Related to Successfully completing the program

  • Substantially Completed or “Substantial Completion” means that (i) Landlord has completed the Finish Work in accordance with the Working Plans, except for (x) minor details of construction that will not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises (collectively, “Punch List Items”), and (y) any part of the Finish Work that is not completed due to any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant’s Visitors; and (ii) Landlord has obtained a valid temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy for the Premises (provided that any such temporary certificate of occupancy permits occupancy of the Premises and provided that Landlord delivers a copy of the permanent certificate of occupancy to Tenant promptly upon receipt of same) or, alternatively, Landlord has completed all Finish Work necessary to entitle Landlord to the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy but for the completion of any Finish Work that is not completed due to any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant’s Visitors (in which case, Landlord shall diligently pursue such temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy following the completion of any such Finish Work that is not completed due to any such act or omission of Tenant or Tenant’s Visitors). If the completion of the Finish Work is delayed due to any act or omission by Tenant or Tenant’s Visitors, including, but not limited to, delays due to changes in or additions to the Finish Work requested by Tenant, delays in submission of information or estimates, delays in giving authorizations or approvals, or delays due to the postponement of any work at the request of Tenant, then the date set forth in paragraph (7) of the Basic Lease Provisions on which Tenant actually begins to pay Basic Rent will be accelerated by the number of days of delay caused by Tenant and Tenant’s Visitors (any such delay being referred to herein as a “Tenant Delay”).

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.
