Subsidiary Parties definition

Subsidiary Parties means (a) the Restricted Subsidiaries identified on Schedule I and (b) each other Restricted Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Agreement as a Subsidiary Party after the Closing Date.
Subsidiary Parties means (a) the subsidiaries of the Top Borrower party hereto on the Closing Date (other than the other Borrowers) and (b) each Domestic Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Security Agreement after the date hereof in accordance with Section 7.10 hereof and Section 5.12 of the Credit Agreement.
