Subsequent Contract definition

Subsequent Contract means the contract for Services with the New Provider;
Subsequent Contract means a Contract sold by the Company to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.03, such Contract being identified on Exhibit A attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

Subsequent Contract has the meaning specified in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
