Subscriber Fee definition

Subscriber Fee means the fee chargeable by ICE Data for access to Pricing Data, as detailed in Schedule 2;
Subscriber Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement;
Subscriber Fee means the fee, as set forth in this Agreement, to be paid by the Secondary User for use of the ASTRO 25 System.

  • If the Licensee intends to amend the manner in which it provides Information in accordance with clause 2.3, which involves providing Delayed Information instead of providing Information on a real-time basis, the Licensee shall be responsible for the existing Redistribution Fee and the existing Minimum Subscriber Fee payable for the relevant Datafeed (as set out in Schedule 3) for a period of 90 days from the date that HKEX-IS provides written consent to such amendment.

  • In the event that the Subscriber fails to pay the Subscriber Fee on or before June 30 in any year, IMB will disconnect the Subscriber’s Broadband Internet Service immediately.

  • WCMRC shall be entitled to adjust the Subscriber Fee payable in respect of the following year from time to time.

  • The Subscriber shall pay the annual Subscriber Fee for the Broadband Internet Service, as set forth in Section 4(b) of this Agreement.

  • Payment of the Subscriber Fee shall be due by June 30 in order to receive the Broadband Internet Service in the ensuing fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

More Definitions of Subscriber Fee

Subscriber Fee means those certain fees charged by BNB VESTOR to Subscriber for access to the Software and use of the Services under this Agreement for the Term, as identified in the Fee Schedule.

Related to Subscriber Fee

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.
